I can’t say enough about how grateful my wife and I are to have met and worked with Angie on our recent home purchase and sale. Her attention to detail, ownership for overseeing the entire process from contract through closing, and ensuring all parties (i.e. builder, lender, attorney, title company, co-broker, etc.) fulfilled their responsibilities throughout the purchase and sale processes, was unmatched. Since it was post-COVID and the market had “cooled off”, my wife and I were concerned about purchasing a new home prior to selling our existing home. However, Angie’s pricing and marketing strategy quickly alleviated any fear. We signed a contract for the purchase of our new home on Tuesday, Angie had our current home listed by Thursday, we had 16 showings scheduled between Friday and Sunday, received 4 competing offers on Monday and selected one significantly over list price. My wife and I have bought and sold numerous homes, but never worked with any Agent more knowledgeable and experienced than Angie.

Angie Lotz and her teammate Dominic made our dreams come true! As a first time home buyer, I was looking for a property in IL while me and my family were living out of state and that made me feel more stressed out and nervous of the entire process but Angie and Dominic showed me they could take care of this no problem. I was looking for a realtor with years (20+) of experience in the northwest suburbs/chicago area. Someone who would bring a hard working, go getter, hustler mentality. Someone who looks out for your personal needs and wants. Someone who also has construction experience who can give me cost advice on homes that were fixer uppers or just needed some updating. I contacted Angie through a friend in order to sell my house and originally I was looking starting with 2 or 3 real estate agents. On the first visit, with Angie at my home, it became very evident that Angie was the agent I required. She was very knowledgeable, she had done the background on my home and other sales in the area, before the visit. She assisted, or should I say, informed me of what I need to do to sell the house as quickly as possible and told me what to do to stage the home for sale.
My home sold in 48 hrs.
I would definitely give Angie 10 stars if that was available.
I can honestly say that Angie is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with.
