During my mortgage application process she provided an outstanding level of service by keeping me up to date and helping me maneuver through a very complicated process due to some issues with the title on my property. With each road block I encountered, she explained the situation and guided me through what I need to do to resolve it.

Angela was so focused on serving her clients who were our borrowers. So proactive she was she kept contacting us to find our every process that we were in. Her approach was gentle and diplomatic in having communications with us and her clients.
I could see her professionalism that comes out genuine. So we were able to continue to have

Recommended by a friend; Angela's experience and expertise was able to close our loan when others could not. We had 2 other loan officers attempt to close the loan for us but simply could not find a work around for certain things for our undocumented loan. When others said "NO" more than half way through the process Angela was our last hope and able to make it happen.

She was responsive to our newly licensed realtor and patiently worked with her even though she was still learning.
We closed early, settling in, we have decided to have her take over the property management part of it too.

Angela Ma, our broker, was very responsive and attentive during this process. She answered every question we had, addressed all of our concerns, and always seems to be able to respond within 15-30 minutes no matter what, even on off hours. Very pleased with our results in refinancing our home and Angela is just on it whatever it is, whenever it is... would definitely seek her out again if we did anything else home-related.

As a first time home buyer with a credit score not qualified for A-lenders, Angela was an angel during the whole process. Angela would present a few options she saw fit that would best suit us. Angela was organized and very responsive, even during weekends or evenings. The closing had a few hiccups along the way, but Angela handled everything gracefully and worked with the lenders to make sure we closed on time. The professionalism, compassion, and work ethic of Angela far exceeded my expectation. I would gladly recommend working with her, and I look forward to working with her for my refi in the future!

I have had the pleasure of working with Angela on getting my refi closing documents notarized a few months back. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient, while going over and explaining the paperwork to me and my wife. We struck up short conversations throughout the process, and that’s when I discovered Angela had a vast knowledge of the real estate industry overall. From mortgage loans (Conventional/VA, etc.), property management in addition to offering several other services.

I actually felt inspired to meet someone that was so seasoned and well-rounded in the space I was growing passionate about, which made me more motivated than ever to study and learn as much as possible. Looking back I don’t think she knew that she made an impact on me at that time. Maybe it was a bit of me asking the right questions, but it was also a lot of Angela’s willingness to share information with me.

I also told her I was planning on investing in real estate in the future and if I could keep her contact info to hopefully work together sometime down the line. She was ok with that, and so I called her a few times and she gave me a few pointers that I took into consideration that helped prepare me for some good investments I made so far.

Since meeting Angela, and in less than a years time, I now have two doors, and working on my third. We still chat often and I’m grateful she still is willing to help advise me on certain situations, which helps me towards reaching my goals. She’s easy to work with, genuine, and I look forward to working with her again in the near future!

Angela Ma notarized several documents associated with the sale of my house in Florida. She paid great attention to detail and was extremely accommodating with some last-minute changes in the scheduling of our meeting. Angela even provided clarification about the technical difference between jurat and administrative certificates to the Title Agents in Florida. Evidently, the Title Agents did not understand the difference and initially had requested the wrong certificate. I heartily recommend Angela for her expertise as notary signing agent and for her willingness to help her clients.
