Angela McKenzie is the team lead of Real Advantage Partners, a residential real estate team with RE/MAX Concepts serving the Des Moines Metro and Central Iowa. First licensed in 2004 at Iowa Realty, Angela brings over two decades of real estate experience to the team she now leads, which has sold over 800 homes since 2017 throughout Des Moines, West Des Moines, Ankeny, Waukee, Johnston, Urbandale, and surrounding communities.
Angela specializes in acreage homes and new construction, and is known for combining sharp local market knowledge with clear, honest communication and strong negotiation on behalf of her clients. Her track record has been recognized with numerous RE/MAX awards, including RE/MAX Hall of Fame, Lifetime Achievement, and multiple years as a Titan Club, Chairman's Club, and Diamond Club team leader.
Under Angela's leadership, Real Advantage Partners has built a reputation for responsive service and results-driven strategy — helping buyers, sellers, investors, and relocating families make confident decisions at every stage of the real estate process. Beyond real estate, Angela is deeply invested in the communities she serves. She currently sits on the Bondurant City Council, now in her second term, and previously served on the Bondurant Planning and Zoning Commission. She is also active on the Bondurant Public Library Board, and volunteers her time with the ICON Water Trails board, Catch Des Moines (the Greater Des Moines Convention & Visitors Bureau), and the Des Moines Metropolitan Wastewater Reclamation Authority. Angela has also participated in numerous Habitat for Humanity home builds throughout the metro.
