Working with Angela was a breeze. We live hours away from Dickson, but had no issues getting things done for our property (land only). Angela took care of it all. She said a couple of times that she is a full service realtor and this is true. We didn’t have to do a thing. She’s so pleasant to work with. She keeps you informed about what’s happening, and she works hard to move the property. She exceeded our expectations and if we ever need another realtor in the Dickson area, hands down it’ll be Angela.

Hey this is Kathy Biggs, Angela Moore, so where do I begin. We drove to TN searching for a place to call our forever home had custom house plans and were ready to roll lol housing market was booming and Angela was assigned to us by another agent because she said Angela knows Dickson, TN like the back of her hand. Words cannot express how hard she worked with us searching for the perfect lot we did not find the perfect lot but she found us the perfect Farm House her determination to help us was unbelievable this lady worked until the perfect house was found. My husband and I highly recommend Angela to anyone searching for their dream lot or dream house. Angela went above and beyond the call of duty to meet our needs. Angels not only knows the area she is a fixture in Dickson everyone knows her. Angela’s work ethics are very professional and her easy going personality made it easy for us to relax let her do her job and a job was well done indeed. Our transition from Florida to TN was smooth thanks to Angela. like Angela said you are now my people now and we really do feel welcome here in Dickson thanks to the job Angela did. Angela was our (mine and my husbands) realtor earlier this year. She went through our home with a fine tooth comb and told us exactly what we needed to do to get our house ready to list and even had a cleaner and stager come in and spruce up the place. She listed our home and went through a couple of deals that fell through, but she always kept her cool in this crazy market and got us a great offer above asking price!

When it was time to buy, she showed us multiple houses and when we found that our budget had changed she adapted quickly and showed us houses in our new price range. She got to know us as people and listened to what we wanted and needed in a home. Angela found us the perfect home in Dickson with everything we had required and under our budget! She will fight tooth and nail to find you your dream home and get it under contract (and make sure you don’t get walked all over in the process 😉). I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor in the Dickson county area. She’s very knowledgeable about the area and you can tell she loves her community and what she does!

We had every possible problem in our hunt for our forever property, from unclean titles to survey snags, yet Angela always kept everything open and honest. While some sides of real estate are frustrating and unpleasant, she approached everything with a smile and a “let’s get through this” attitude that we will never forget. Ultimately, we found a gorgeous property that will be our “forever” and she celebrated with us as she fought with us on all the others. We will always recommend her for her ability to involve her client as much, or as little as they wish in their hunt for their “forever.”
