Angela Patterson

Ms. Angela Patterson came to eXp Realty in May 2022. Prior to that, she spent 18 ½ years the Department as a Logistics Management Specialist with the Departments of Defense and Homeland Security. She currently manages rental properties and has invested in real estate since 2008.

Ms. Patterson received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Alabama State University in Montgomery, Alabama where she graduated Cum Laude, and a master’s degree in business administration from Texas Agricultural & Mechanical University - Texarkana in Texarkana, TX where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.

In addition to working as your Realtor, Ms. Patterson is an avid volunteer at her church where she has tutored school-age children on a variety of academic subjects like reading, English, and spelling. She also uses her talents fostering dogs, volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, and serving on a Condominium Association committee in her neighborhood. While she considers Alabama home, she currently resides in Alexandria, Virginia and enjoys talking about real estate and finance with her family and friends, traveling, fitness, and music.
