Angela Windham

Angie Windham was born and raised in Southern Minnesota until middle school and then attended Gwinnett County Schools graduating from Brookwood Highschool in 1997. Angie attended Mercer University on a tennis scholarship and graduated with Bachelor of Arts degrees both in Communications and Spanish as well as a minor in Business.

Angie worked in the financial sector at both Wells Fargo and BB&T where she gained experience in management, mortgage lending, small business, and retail loans as a vice president with BB&T. After ten years in the financial sector, she transitioned to the pharmaceutical industry, working for McKesson Pharmaceutical as a Health Systems Account Manager where she was highly decorated for achieving her corporate goals.

Angie and her family have spent time at Lake Oconee for almost twenty years, moving full time to the lake area in 2008. She formed Life is Golden Realty with her close friend, Ansley Vinson in 2020.

Angie is a mother of three and has been married to her husband Ben, an attorney in the Lake Oconee area, for seventeen years.

As a full-time resident of Lake Oconee for twelve years Angie possesses a detailed understanding of not only the lake’s real estate market but also the characteristics specific to each unique area and neighborhood at Lake Oconee. Angie’s local knowledge and her professional acumen allow her to advise her clients on not only the best lake property investment, but she also provides local insight as to which properties meet her client’s expectations and desires for amenities and preferred geographic location.
