She's not only a GREAT agent, Great friend, she's a GREAT person. If I ever sell or buy another home Angelique is the person I know will help me.

My husband and I loved our first time homebuying experience with Angelique Kenney. She is hands down the BEST agent we could have ever imagined and in every way...

Angelique has superb, detailed industry knowledge to a point where she walked us throughout the entire buying process without hesitation. Without her, we would not be in our forever home nor would we be in our home at the best possible financial outcome during the height of the most unprecedented times for buyers, which is in a PRIME sellers market.

Angelique's photographic memory of properties that we toured was essential for our success, especially at times where we toured over 5 properties in a day. She could recall key details that we loved while ensuring we knew about faults in properties that are not obvious to most buyers or even home inspectors.

She always had our best interest at heart not matter how much we loved a property at first glance. Even though we had our hearts set on the property, she helped open our eyes and ultimately decide that we should back out of escrow on a money pit that would have completely drained our savings dry. We rebounded quickly and were in escrow on our forever home within 2 weeks.

I cannot express enough how brilliant Angelique is with her tenacity, resilience, AMAZING negotiation skills and unique contract writing skills, all are top notch. Anyone would be hard pressed to find an agent better at negotiation and contracts than Angelique. Her creativity to win the sale never ceased to amaze us.
