From the first time I met Angelo when he did the first showing on the property that I went on to later purchase, he nothing but professional from start to finish, which really made the process very smooth. Not only was he open and available to walk through the property at times that fit my schedule, but he was also flexible.

Angelo is absolutely great at what he does! He listened very keenly to to my needs from day 1 and provided a lot of transparency on how close or far of a match each home was based on my stated needs.

Angelo is also very knowledgeable about the different areas in DMV as well as home appliances and their life span etc which helped a lot with managing expectations for each home I toured; almost providing a solid mini inspection for each home toured.

In and out in one week, Angelo is fantastic!

As a woman in my twenties it was exciting to consider purchasing my first home. However, actually attempting to begin that process was another story. I didn’t know where to start…so I didn’t. Then one Saturday over brunch a friend referred me to Angelo. That same evening he had me on the first of a few consultation calls and a week later we were out on home tours. I could only come in town for one day, so Angelo knew how important it was for every property that I saw to be perfectly aligned to my must-have list. He was thorough and shared a wealth of knowledge on the properties and their investment potential. I’m picky and indecisive, so I can say that it was ONLY because of Angelo’s approach that I was confident making a decision that evening. By Monday morning we were under contract on the property that I loved.
