Originally from Cagliari, Italy, Angelo Medda has lived in New York City for more than 15 years. His many years of experience in Hotel Management with companies like Excelsior in Venice, The Ritz in Paris, and the Grand Hyatt in Hong Kong along with his tireless work ethic have given Angelo a solid foundation in providing the highest level of business support to his clients. Along with Angelo’s unique knowledge of the present market values as an investor & in residential property management, he also serves as Vice-President of the Board of Directors in the building that he resides in. This experience has provided him firsthand knowledge of what other boards are looking for and he utilizes this information to assist many of his clientele to become accepted by their prospective boards.

In addition to his knowledge in these fields, he also has experience in dealing with condominium conversions, pre-construction, and 1031 tax exchanges. He is fluent in Italian, Spanish, French and German. With his critical and unwavering attention to detail and rare balance of pragmatism and creative expertise as a member of NestSeekers , Angelo Medda has been able to work with prominent buyers and sellers here in New York City as well as around the globe.
