I am so grateful to have met Angelo! He made my home buying experience so simple with his clear communication of expectations. I was very anxious of buying a home but he layed everything out on the table of the process and answered any question I had. Even if it wasn’t right away he got back to me with the answer.

I am an indecisive person so I was changing my mind on what I wanted in a house, and shifted my wants and needs. Angelo gave me so many options to choose from and worked with me to weigh out the pros and cons. He shared his research and was very patient on his end because I know I wasn’t consistent. He reassured me that he always was trying to have my best interest at heart and I truly believed it. I finally found something that was in my price range, location and had the space I needed and then some! He gave me many finacial options that worked with my selection. I ended up spending less then I anticipated.

Once I under contract that’s when Angelo really got to work! He informed me on what to look for to ensure it is not only safe to live in but equitable. He saved me so much money in the process he even got the seller to pay over 5k in condensations to help by down my loan.

Angelo made my dream of owning a home before 30 a reality! I am forever grateful.
