Angie Hughes still vividly recalls the excitement she felt when purchasing her first home during her senior year in college. Growing up with parents who owned their own real estate company, she inherently understood the value of home ownership. The memory of selling her first home lingers, accompanied by a sense of pride in a successful investment and a twinge of sadness at leaving a place she had called home for several years. Angie's personal experiences in buying and selling homes, coupled with the knowledge and expertise gained from her parents, contribute to her proficiency as a Realtor.
A native of Ashland City, Angie is a proud graduate of Cheatham County High School. She acquired her real estate license in 1997, just before embarking on her college journey. During her academic years, she worked as both a Realtor and Realtor's assistant. After earning a BBA in Marketing from the University of Memphis, Angie ventured into financial planning with UBS PaineWebber. However, the strong pull of her hometown led her back.
Convinced that Ashland City was the ideal place to raise her son and daughter, Angie returned to her roots. Real estate has always been her passion, and the service she provides to clients and customers stems from a deep sense of loyalty, pride in delivering her best, and genuine care and consideration for the feelings of all parties involved. For Angie, real estate is not just a profession but a means to achieve personal goals by helping others fulfill theirs.
