You have an Expert, Wise, Supportive, Optimistic, Unexhaustable, Solid Team Mate in Angie Johnson! She's also the Real Estate rep of choice, no doubt. We have yet to meet in person, as she marketed and sold my late Father's home located 2 hours from my location. It was not ready. Her expertise included securing quotes from multiple trades to accomplish all needs and requirements on codes and contract specifics , and there were many. Establishing and
negotiating the price, netted more than expected, even with repairs. As a home builder, I was initially skeptical. As her client, I am beyond amazed, even as she guided and encouraged /"pushed" me to obtain all the Estate requirements involved.

Angie is the only agent I will partner with. She has helped me buy and sell over the last 20 years. She is always a text or call away at any time. She is excellent at planning, organizing, explaining, and communication. Once you sign her on, she takes it from there. Peace of mind! She predicts possible issues and has a solution should problems arise. She truly goes above and beyond. Even after the sale, she makes sure that utilities are squared away, and that everything is as planned. If I'm buying, selling, or just looking for possibilities, Angie is always there. Angie Johnson is an incredible realtor!!! We have used her multiple times for buying and selling homes. She is very knowledgeable about the market trends, and can explain all of it in a way that a non-realtor can totally understand. She always made us feel comfortable and in the know of everything that was going on during the process.
