I would leave 10 stars if I could! Angie is always amazing to work with. She is passionate about finding families the perfect homes. She's very attentive to the style and layout of the home you want, and goes above and beyond to find it. Her flexibility was a godsend when it came to not taking time off work to look at houses. She makes herself more available than what's likely required. She works quickly to get your offer in, and advises the best negotiation to increase your chance of giving the winning offer. She always remembers the details of what we were looking for, and got us more than we asked for! So far, I've purchased two homes with her, and sold one. She may have found our forever home, but if I ever need to buy/sell again, Angie is the only person I'll work with. Her knowledge about homes will be very useful when it comes to the home you want, but probably shouldn't buy. In one home, she was making a point about the floors and said, "this rug is probably here to hide a damaged spot." Low and behold, she lifted back the rug and the floors were coming apart. She inspects the structure and integrity of the home during walk-throughs and will point out things of concern. I recommend Angie every single time! We love our home so much! Thank you, Angie! We deeply appreciate the time and effort you put into finding our forever home.

Angie did an excellent job selling our house in Peoria. Angie faced challenges when selling our house: it was listed during the height of the pandemic, we had previously listed it with another agent, we had missed the opportunity to sell in the summer, and we were also out of state. But Angie put the work in to successfully work with us through the entire process of selling the house. She did traditional local marketing, but I also appreciated that she leveraged social media to advertise as well. Angie is professional, is highly responsive, and helped us find contractors to fix a few issues during closing. Highly recommended.
