Anika Beard

Born in Chicago and a graduate of Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, Anika has called Hampton Roads home for the past six years. She spent several years managing government contracts for a major automotive rental company before transitioning to real estate. She is passionate about forging client-centered relationships and helping others plan for their futures.

A Navy spouse for seven years, Anika is committed to reducing the stress that military families face when moving to and from an unfamiliar area. When she is not working, Anika loves to tend to her plants, tune in to a great audiobook, and spend time with her husband and their three-year-old daughter.
