My husband and I had a truly excellent experience with Anika and Julie. As a British couple relocating to CT, with a baby on the way and first time buyers, we were totally reliant on their expertise in finding a property at the right price point and in the right location. We spent almost every weekend for around 4 months touring properties with them of all shapes and sizes and it was clear they always had our best interest at heart, and nothing was ever an inconvenience. Most importantly in such a tough market, they always gave us an honest opinion on whether a property would be a good investment and would never have encouraged us into something that wasn’t right for us. Anika was excellent when it eventually came to putting an offer in – very quick to respond, maintained a great relationship with the sellers and gave us brilliant guidance along the way. They were also wonderful in sharing their local resources such as electricians and painters! We can’t recommend them highly enough if you’re looking to buy in CT!

Anika is everything you can hope for in a Real Estate advisor/agent. There are many agents who demonstrate knowledge and skills that set them apart, but there are very few that command such a grasp of their market and the ability to truly understand the needs of their clients.

Anika was extremely helpful connecting us to the right home in Darien. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and positive energy was instrumental in our decision this summer. There are a lot of moving parts associated with buying a home in the suburbs and we valued the relationship we had with her in instilling confidence in us to move forward with the decision to purchase a home. Being a Darien resident herself, Anika’s extremely knowledgeable about the neighborhood and connected us to vendors that helped answer structural questions we had before pulling the trigger. Anika and Julie Bauer at BCB partners were very accommodating to us during a busy summer of demand in a hot market. We would highly recommend working with Anika if you are interested in buying a home in Fairfield county in general and Darien in particular.
