Anil Bajaj is a residential REALTOR® with over 20 years of experience as a licensed Broker. In 2008, after working many years as a Broker Associate with other firms, Anil decided to take the next logical step and develop his own brokerage firm now called Avatar Realty, Inc.

The new firm gave Anil license to bring to fruition his philosophy on how to truly deliver client-first customer service in real estate. His natural pre-disposition for helping people provides efficiency for clients and colleagues in achieving their goals. He focuses his efforts to improve overall service and client communications, became an early adopter of sophisticated online marketing techniques to better market his client’s listings, and carved his niche as a local expert in Denver’s competitive market. A market he knows and loves.

Anil began his career in real estate in 1988, at the age of 17, investing in real estate throughout Metro Denver. Still actively investing in Real Estate, Anil has accumulated 29 years of experience and has been involved in hundreds of transactions either as a Buyer, Seller, Broker or Private Lender. With the experience he has gained throughout the years he has learned that the market changes rapidly and adapting your approach to stay in line with those changes is critical to be able to provide quality service to his clients to help them achieve their goals.
