We never thought it was possible to get this house in such a tight San Jose market. Also, he doesn't discourage putting a contingent offer. It was our second time home buying so we wanted a thorough inspection. He suggested an offer price which worked for us.
We got a very high counter after which we lost all hope. He negotiated with the seller realtor and got us the house for the price which worked for us. He helped with house inspections. He himself is very thorough with inspections and suggested issues with the houses we visited during the house search.

We are young couple and our uncle highly recommended Anil highly as they had previously bought a home in Dublin with his help.
We were initially focusing on Dublin for our search but Anil went through our details like Job location, career plans etc and recommended us another community in Fremont which was much more central for our work.
