We bought a home in Mountain House with Anil and it has been an awesome experience. We have been working with Anil for over a year to find our dream home and every interaction has been very nice. He was very easy to reach and answer any of our questions quickly.

Market was changing rapidly during the last one year and he never pushed us to make a decision in haste considering we were a bit unsure if and when to buy the home. He saw the signs of market picking up and advised us to go for the home we were tracking for a few weeks and we are glad to have listened to his advice. We paid less than the list price and now inventory levels have dipped a lot after our purchase and new buyers are paying much higher than the list price.

Anil helped us buy a home in Tracy last year. He was very helpful to show us several homes without any hesitation, go over disclosures and inspection reports, making sure we understood what all we were getting into as the property was in county jurisdiction (with not all utilities connected to the city services). He took care of the complexities involved with sellers having to find replacement property and was able to convince sellers to accept loan contingency as well (not common in this market). Anil was referred to us by our friend and he came with a very high recommendation and feedback! We were first time home buyers and we hit it off on the right note in our very first meeting! Anil listened to all our requirements very patiently and was able to narrow down on the houses that resonated with us. He was also extremely friendly, proactive and easy to talk to -- he answered all our questions and addressed our concerns at all times during the day (and late evenings too!)! Anil is also a very resourceful person -- he not only helped arrange all the "open houses" but he also helped us through the entire process, right from securing pre-approvals to finding the right lender (w/ the best rates) to even helping find great insurance options. You name it and Anil has a great solution to offer!
In summary, first time home buying process can be quite a daunting experience but thanks to Anil, it really did feel like a breeze! We'd highly recommend Anil to our family and friends (and anyone else)!
