Anita Borgaes

Anita’s philosophy:
For most people, buying or selling real estate is a life changing event. When you care about people, you focus on the human element of the transaction, and take the time to carefully lead them through each step to their final destination.

Anita Borgaes began her professional career in business to business sales, with a degree in psychology from the University of Oregon. The experience she gained in understanding people’s needs and motivations have become one of her greatest assets in helping people in real estate.

Starting as an investor in 1999, Anita fine- tuned the process of buying, selling and holding cash flow properties. In 2009 she became a licensed Realtor and continued her education to become the Principal Broker/Owner of Wine Country Properties. With over 20 years of experience she has helped hundreds of home buyers, sellers and real estate investors reach their goals. She and her long-time partner (Larry) also own and manage their own rental properties and vacation rentals with a focus on restoring vintage homes in the spirit of their original beauty.

Over the years Anita has attended many real estate and negotiation seminars and is currently a monthly speaker on real estate topics with the Yamhill Valley Investor Lab.

But, there is more to life than just real estate. Anita is a big believer in self-improvement, spending time with friends and family, and finding balance in life.
