Anita and her entire team were professional and courteous at all times. Anita listened to our concerns and addressed each one in a timely manner. We expected, and got, a fully professional experience while maintaining a friendly and cordial rapport, which developed almost instantly as soon as we met. We interviewed several agents and Anita was the only one that did not rely on Zillow for pricing for our home. We felt our home was competitively and fairly priced, and had quite a few full price offers within days of it going on the market. Although the closing process had a few glitches from the buyers' side, Anita maintained an open line of communication with us and the original closing date was met, and the transaction went smoothly. I would highly recommend her to anyone that wants to actually sell their home, instead of just listing it for sale. My neighbors were impressed with the speed of the sale and also the number of interested buyers at our one and only open house. They said the street was full of cars and a steady line of people walking in and around the inside of the house. They were also impressed with the sale price at full asking price, which proves Anita knows her stuff!

Anita and her team were fantastic. She really made sure we took time to understand the market and go to as many open houses as possible to rule in/out what we did or did not want. She really helped us solidify what we wanted and then was tremendous in guiding us through the process from Hunting to selection to offer. She helped us sell our Condo and buy a house and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking an experience realtor.
