About Anita

A sales associate with the Downtown Sarasota office of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, Anita Lambert has an impressive two decades of experience in real estate development, marketing and sales, custom home construction and interior design industries. Her personal motto is: Artfully Uniting Extraordinary Homes with Extraordinary Lives.

She began her formal career in real estate in 1986 working in sales and marketing for several local brokerages. Anita partnered with her husband, Premier Sotheby’s International Realty broker associate Frank Lambert, to develop, build and market three boutique bayfront custom-home communities in Sarasota, as well as developing two 40-acre communities in the San Juan Mountains near Telluride, Colorado. In addition to her successes as a Realtor, Anita ran her own interior design company in Cortez, Florida, and Telluride, furnishing and designing customers' projects and custom homes which she designed.

Originally from Cheshire, United Kingdom, Anita has always been a globetrotter. She has triple nationality as an American, Swiss, and English citizen. She is fluent in English and German, and speaks conversational French, Spanish and Italian. An expert communicator, Anita’s global connections and experience afford her a skilled interaction with the world’s distinct cultures and ethnicities. Thereby, she can proficiently navigate and execute successful transactions for her buyers and sellers.

A philanthropist at heart, Anita volunteers with the American Cancer Society’s Cancer Action Network and Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk. In her leisure time, she enjoys traveling, interior design, studying world history and cultures, playing golf, skiing, practicing yoga and curling up with a great literary masterpiece.
