Anita was a fantastic realtor, we were buying from out of state and she went to properties and did virtual walkthroughs so we could see the properties and grounds. She assisted in getting the issues with the property fixed. We couldn’t have moved without her!! Would definitely recommend!

We were looking for a realtor that would understand our needs and would fight and stand with us all through our buying process. We found the perfect realtor Anita Lamm! Other Realtors tried to force us into paying more than a house apraised for, beyond what we could afford... Anita fought for us!! Made multiple offers and fought until we found the perfect home for us. During the process Anita discovered problems that we did not know existed . Saving us a ton of money. She responded to our phone calls and messages as if we were her only client. She spent so much time with us. She gave us the personal care we were looking for. The buying process is so stressful and she addressed all of our concerns. She knows the surrounding area. She is the best and would not ever use any other realtor!
