About Anita

Buying a home can be a daunting process and one of the most expensive purchases of our lives! When Anita moved to Pittsburgh with her family in 2011, she realized that finding a home was not easy, despite any previous experience she had of buying/selling a home. She became a Realtor for this very reason – she wanted to help others navigate through this process. She knows what is important to her clients and is able to guide them to buying the right home. Her experience gives her an insight into the expectations of her clients and an understanding of the emotions involved in moving.

Many of Anita's clients have relocated from other States and countries. Having the ability to speak Punjabi and Hindi has been a valuable asset. She has listed and successfully sold homes throughout the Pittsburgh area.

I have been treated with incredible compassion and respect by Anita Nischal. She consistently went above and beyond to make sure that my needs were met.

We went to see several houses initially, and she took the time to educate me on the details of what I might find useful, as well as what I should try to stay away from. I'm appreciative that she advocated for me at the important times...and made sure I was always fully aware and comfortable with our next step.

I have heard horror stories about Realtors...and buying a home can be a stressful and scary process. I would buy the home I bought with Anita Nischal a thousand times over because of how thoughtful, detail oriented and calming she was.
