Anita is definitely a 5 star .She is very energetic, compassionate and patient. I wanted to give up so many times because the whole buying process is very nerve recking but she kept me calm and focus until she found the perfect location/home with all comforts for my daughter and I. I felt like she takes selling and buying like if it was her own project she was taking on. Her empathy and persistence was consistent throughout my selling and buying. Even my daughter talks about because she also extends her heart felt warmth to kids by sending them treats ever so often or a small candy from her purse.She also kept it very professional and was always willing to go extra even sharing from her network recommendations to make the process easiest.
She is a well rounded relator with both houses and coops and very updated with changes in housing markets.
I totally recommend Anita Raj as your broker, after your experience with her she becomes a broker and friend for life.
