Ann Bauer

Annie is thrilled to be on the @properties sales team, Chicago's leading independent residential real estate firm. Annie is originally from the Chicago area but has lived in Florida, England, Arizona, and Colorado and has since returned to “Sweet Home Chicago.”

Annie previously worked at Nordstrom, where she learned to always go the extra mile to ensure her clients receive the best possible care. Her attention to detail, follow-up and sense of urgency provides a dependability which has enabled Annie to transition many of her clients from the retail industry into real estate. Annie received her license in 2001. Prior to joining @properties her work experience includes CB Richard Ellis which is the largest and most successful commercial real estate brokerage firm in the world.

Annie has lived in such up and coming areas as Roscoe Village, North Center and currently lives in Lincoln Square. In her free time, she likes to enjoy all that Chicago has to offer including restaurants, museums, theater, and of course the lake front!
