I highly recommend Ann Bennett and Team Bennett. After my close friend died, I faced many responsibilities as a first time estate administrator. I was fortunate to have signed on with Ann early in the process. She was a tremendous resource who knew how to tackle selling the house contents, emptying it, and cleaning and preparing the house for sale. Having her on my side greatly relieved the stress. I just went through a very long and contentious divorce, with the final step being the sale of the marital home. That’s where Ann and Eric stepped in. The house sold in under a week of listing for a very reasonable price.

My ex-husband is a hoarder and the house could not be sold without cleaning it out first, which was impossible for him to do. Ann and Eric, along with a crew they hired, were able to quickly and compassionately work with my ex-husband to clean the house out and get it sale ready.

If you’re going through a divorce and need your house sold, I HIGHLY recommend Ann and Eric. They go above and beyond!!

We found Ann on Glenn Beck's web site "real estate agents I trust". We were moving from Florida to New Hampshire. Her bio and description of her approach to real estate stood out to us so we contacted her for the long distance move. Ann was super helpful from the very start. She solicited over the phone all the details of where we wanted to move and what we were looking for and started the search right away. She was super professional and met with us when we went to New Hampshire on vacation. We changed the location of our search and she never missed a beat. She took the time to walk us through all the differences between Florida and New Hampshire houses, utilities, living - everything! She gave us referrals to amazing people that helped with mortgage financing, insurance, inspections, painting and even junk removal! I have worked with Ann on 2 separate occasions. Several years ago, she sold my home. Most recently, she helped me buy a new home. I've had the chance to see Ann's expertise on both sides of the transaction and I can't say enough about how well she manages everything. My husband had previously worked with Ann Bennett to sell his home during a difficult divorce and... against all odds, she did it.

We then worked with Ann to purchase our new home during the insane housing market of early 2022. She is intelligent, a great multitasker, and keeps things on track. She advocated for us and worked with the most inefficient title company (not her recommendation) to get things done, even when others were not completing their steps.

I wouldn't buy a home with anyone else. Ann is the type of agent who will keep you on track and realist to get you into the home of your dreams.

My husband and I reached a big milestone in April of 2021. We bought our first home together! And to our disbelief, it was quick and easy - all thanks to Ann Bennett. Ann helped us dive right into the market once we were ready to go, constantly providing listings for us to check out in areas that suited our wants and needs. Ann didn’t waste time and set up as many showings as we were willing to go to, and was with us every step of the way. In less than a month, we found the perfect house to make an offer on. Ann was straightforward, honest, and realistic with our options, and made the best recommendation to make our offer stand out - and it worked. Our offer was accepted!

I can’t express how great it felt having the piece of mind Ann was able to give my husband and I throughout the entire process. Not once were we questioning what’s next, and we never felt uninformed. Ann ensured that we were ready to close, and kept in constant contact to even help us set up our utilities! If we needed a referral for something to get us ready for Closing Day, Ann knew the right person. She didn’t miss a beat. She was present for every meeting, and spent extra time with us in our new home after the walkthrough to let us have plenty of time to talk about the closing, answer questions, and be excited about our new home!

Closing day was just as exciting as we had hoped, and with Ann by our side, we got the keys to our home! Ann Bennett is definitely a gem. Within minutes of meeting Ann- I knew she would something special. As an experienced divorce lawyer, and very knowledgeable realtor she made the entire process very easy. She was there every step of the way- literally. She was one of the most patient people that has ever entered our household. She was always there to answer millions of questions and always had ALL the resources to solve all our problems. She would call and stop by on a weekly basis to help us pack, find resources to help us paint/ fix anything (no problem was too big for Ann- and trust me we had ALOT OF PROBLEMS)- and most importantly she made sure we stayed on schedule and sold our house very quickly (within a few days). We knew nothing about real estate at the beginning of this process and Ann made sure to explain every little detail (very well). Ann has become a very close friend. Most importantly, she treated us like we were close friends- she would give us her honest opinions (even if it was not the most profitable opinion for her) because she is the type of person that isen't just looking to make money off of you. Several weeks after selling the house she has stayed in touch and even visited us at our new rental. When it comes to buying a second home- Ann will most definitely be our person. The word that describes Ann Bennett is "Godsend".

The home that we own in NH was being rented out, and we found out, with very little notice, that our tenant of the last 6 years was moving out. There was much to be done, and no time to waste. We were very fortunate to be introduced to Ann and she took the lead with the entire process. Using her contacts, we were able to get the home cleaned, re-painted, repaired, etc. in record time. Ann was a tremendous resource, giving us her opinion on what needed to be done, and she provided several quotes for the work that needed to be done, and helped us choose the appropriate providers. Once the work was close to finished, Ann arranged for viewings and quickly got us several very good applications to rent. From start to finish, Ann was a professional and was a joy to work with. Working with Ann Bennett is like working with a friend you've known for years. She makes you feel comfortable and is extremely helpful in explaining the ins and outs of real estate. I met and worked with Ann a couple of years ago to sell a house due to a divorce situation and within hours of listing the house I had more than one offer on the table.
