I worked with Ann Bennett of Team Bennett Homes after my father passed away and left me his estate. I tried for 2 years to sell the house/property on my own but I kept running into people who never kept their word. My attorney from Shaheen & Gordon told me about Ann Bennett and said she would be the perfect person to help me with a very tough sell. After meeting Ann, I knew she was the right person for the job. Her excitement, experience and passion for real estate was impressive. I had a house that was not kept up for years and years and a property that hadn’t had any inspections for even longer of a time period. She was able to contact all of the right people and get the property sold within a month for more money than I thought I would get. I had worked hard for 2 years cleaning up the estate but there was still a lot left to do. She was able to hire the right people and did in a month what I couldn’t do in 24 months. I did shop around for Real Estate agents but my property wasn’t one that anyone was excited for once they saw it. Ann and Team Bennett Homes were not afraid of the challenge for even a second and they helped me out of a jam that could have hurt me financially for decades. Ann came highly recommended by our daughter, and now we know why. We were moving to NH from out of state and needed someone who could handle every detail — and Ann absolutely delivered. She quickly understood what we wanted, asked smart questions, and kept us from wasting time on the wrong homes.
When new listings popped up and we couldn’t jump in the car for a six-hour drive, Ann toured them for us and sent sharp, detailed video walkthroughs. Those videos saved us entire weekends and kept us competitive in a fast-moving market. When we were able to see homes in person, she was knowlegable about systems we weren’t familiar with — septic, HVAC, plumbing. With houses selling incredibly fast, Ann was indispensable for helping us to bid competitively.
On top of all that, Ann is simply great to work with: patient, funny, and unfazed by my indecision. We found a home that checks all our boxes and was within our means. We couldn’t be happier — and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

I just went through a very long and contentious divorce, with the final step being the sale of the marital home. That’s where Ann and Eric stepped in. The house sold in under a week of listing for a very reasonable price.

My ex-husband is a hoarder and the house could not be sold without cleaning it out first, which was impossible for him to do. Ann and Eric, along with a crew they hired, were able to quickly and compassionately work with my ex-husband to clean the house out and get it sale ready.

If you’re going through a divorce and need your house sold, I HIGHLY recommend Ann and Eric. They go above and beyond!!

We found Ann on Glenn Beck's web site "real estate agents I trust". We were moving from Florida to New Hampshire. Her bio and description of her approach to real estate stood out to us so we contacted her for the long distance move. Ann was super helpful from the very start. She solicited over the phone all the details of where we wanted to move and what we were looking for and started the search right away. She was super professional and met with us when we went to New Hampshire on vacation. We changed the location of our search and she never missed a beat. She took the time to walk us through all the differences between Florida and New Hampshire houses, utilities, living - everything! My husband had previously worked with Ann Bennett to sell his home during a difficult divorce and... against all odds, she did it.

We then worked with Ann to purchase our new home during the insane housing market of early 2022. She is intelligent, a great multitasker, and keeps things on track. She advocated for us and worked with the most inefficient title company (not her recommendation) to get things done, even when others were not completing their steps.

I wouldn't buy a home with anyone else. Ann is the type of agent who will keep you on track and realist to get you into the home of your dreams.

My husband and I reached a big milestone in April of 2021. We bought our first home together! And to our disbelief, it was quick and easy - all thanks to Ann Bennett. Ann helped us dive right into the market once we were ready to go, constantly providing listings for us to check out in areas that suited our wants and needs. Ann didn’t waste time and set up as many showings as we were willing to go to, and was with us every step of the way. In less than a month, we found the perfect house to make an offer on. Ann was straightforward, honest, and realistic with our options, and made the best recommendation to make our offer stand out - and it worked. Our offer was accepted!

I can’t express how great it felt having the piece of mind Ann was able to give my husband and I throughout the entire process. Not once were we questioning what’s next, and we never felt uninformed. Ann ensured that we were ready to close, and kept in constant contact to even help us set up our utilities! If we needed a referral for something to get us ready for Closing Day, Ann knew the right person. She didn’t miss a beat. Ann Bennett is definitely a gem. Within minutes of meeting Ann- I knew she would something special. As an experienced divorce lawyer, and very knowledgeable realtor she made the entire process very easy. She was there every step of the way- literally. She was one of the most patient people that has ever entered our household. She was always there to answer millions of questions and always had ALL the resources to solve all our problems. She would call and stop by on a weekly basis to help us pack, find resources to help us paint/ fix anything (no problem was too big for Ann- and trust me we had ALOT OF PROBLEMS)- and most importantly she made sure we stayed on schedule and sold our house very quickly (within a few days). We knew nothing about real estate at the beginning of this process and Ann made sure to explain every little detail (very well). Ann has become a very close friend. Most importantly, she treated us like we were close friends- she would give us her honest opinions (even if it was not the most profitable opinion for her) because she is the type of person that isen't just looking to make money off of you. The word that describes Ann Bennett is "Godsend".

The home that we own in NH was being rented out, and we found out, with very little notice, that our tenant of the last 6 years was moving out. There was much to be done, and no time to waste. We were very fortunate to be introduced to Ann and she took the lead with the entire process. Using her contacts, we were able to get the home cleaned, re-painted, repaired, etc. in record time. Ann was a tremendous resource, giving us her opinion on what needed to be done, and she provided several quotes for the work that needed to be done, and helped us choose the appropriate providers.
