A strong financial background as a stockbroker at the Board of Trade, and client service experience as a business owner and personal shopper, preceded Ann’s career as a real estate professional. Her creative ability helps an owner make their home a standout, and helps buyers target properties that are right for them. She holds an Illinois Broker’s License and is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and has just recently earned the SFR designation for her course work in short sales and bank owned properties. Ann has an e-PRO certification for her training in internet marketing and has also studied and been certified as a Real Estate Staging Professional. In addition, she is committed to knowing the local real estate market, and she makes it a priority to personally tour over 800+ homes each year.
