Ann Bryan

Born and raised in Redlands, California. After graduating from the University of Southern California, Ann Bryan spent 9 years as a stockbroker with several New York Stock Exchange Members and with Bank of America Trust Department. Returned to Redlands with her family 28 years ago and purchased a flower shop which she owned and managed until 1989.

Ann then joined her mother’s company where her husband Vaughn was President, CENTURY Lois Lauer Realty, as Relocation and Advertising Director, where she was already a Corporate Board member. Since joining CENTURY Lois Lauer Realty, the company has grown from 1 office and 5 agents to 6 offices and over 250 licensed realtors and its own mortgage, escrow, and title divisions. In 1999, the company purchased a CENTURY 21® franchise and quickly became ranked in 2002 as one of the top 21 franchises in the CENTURY 21® System. She and her husband participate in the Century 2100 Club for the top 21 firms and in a national brainstorming group for large offices designed for the sharing of ideas with firms of a like size.

Today, Ann acts as co-manager of CENTURY 21 Lois Lauer Realty’s main branch with responsibility for over ninety agents. The Orange Tree Lane Office ranks #6 for 2007 in the CENTURY 21® System of over 6500 offices worldwide. In addition, she is an active agent with a thriving clientele, and in 2000 was in the top 5 agents in the company.

Ann is active in the community, spearheading the company’s support of the adopt-a-family holiday program. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Redlands Symphony Association and the First Church of Christ, Scientist in Redlands. She received the Woman of Distinction Award in 2002 from the Inland Empire Magazine and Town and Gown A Woman’s Place Is Everyplace Aware recipient in 2001. The Los Angeles Times awarded Ann and her husband, Vaughn the Inland Empire Philanthropist of the Year in 2001.
