I do not often write reviews unless I have had an extremely positive or negative experience. I cannot express how wonderful it was working with Ann Callegan in purchasing our forever home! I searched for a realtor for a long time. Many realtors have many reviews but if you look carefully at them, you will see many are all the same and appear to be copied and pasted. The reviews I saw for Ann Callegan were heartfelt reviews! This review is another heartfelt one. Ann goes above and beyond to assist you in the sometimes daunting home buying process. She looks out for your best interests, listens to your concerns and desires and assists you through the whole process. It is so important to find a realtor who really works for you and she is the one! Thank you again Ann for everything you have done for us and for your thoughtfulness!

In short...Ann is AMAZING! If you are looking for a condo/beach home, this is the person to use. She put in an incredible amount of time looking for just what we wanted and then spent more time afterwards making sure we had everything covered for the purchase. We just spoke with Ann a couple of days ago...she went to our condo to close the storm shutters since a tropical system was moving in. She is very good at what she does!
