Ann Corbett

Ann was born and raised in Ramsey, NJ and it is where she chose to live and raise her family. She graduated in 1990 from TCNJ with a BFA degree in Residential and Interior Design. After working with Town and County Developers at their Ramsey Cambridge Heights location, she received her Real Estate license in 1992. Ann came on board with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage at that time to work directly with Lynn Brescia. Lynn and Ann have worked successfully together for 30 years amassing over $1 Billion in combined sales! They have continually achieved recognition in the Platinum Level Circle of Excellence. Ann holds the CRS, ABR, and SRES Designations and she is a member of the NAR, NJAR, GBAR, NJMLS, and RRC.

From "Chalets to Chateaus", Ann works with a broad array of clients including entry-level and move-up buyers, empty nesters, and "Seniors", new construction, townhouse projects, lake communities, and distinct neighborhoods. She has experience in specialized marketing for unusual homes such as historic, high-end homes, and even challenging estate properties needing extra staging and guidance.
