Ann knows her stuff. Ann was on top of things at every step of the home buying process. From helping us figure out what we actually wanted, locking in tours of houses with almost no availability and on short notice, guiding strategic negotiation against competitive cash offers, to pointing out things the home inspector didn't even catch and guiding through the closing process as first time home buyers. We were much more confident throughout this journey because we had Ann in our corner.

Ann is a hidden Gem and here is why I say that! Late August 2020, in the midst of the Pandemic, I took a job opportunity which required me to move to Portland from Dallas. I had my realtor in Dallas set me up with a realtor in Portland. We connected and had a few days planned for house hunting. Well, the day before my trip, the realtor bailed on me. So, I reached out to my realtor in Dallas, and she was able to reach Ann who willfully took me on! When I arrived in Portland, she had a plan. She had our couple of days of house hunting mapped out very well. With little knowledge of what I was looking for, she was on point with my needs. We spent valuable time looking at lovely properties and on the last day we found my perfect home. When I returned in October, Ann helped with a smooth transition of closing. Then tragedy struck, my mover did not show up to unload my POD. I reached out to Ann in distress, and she have movers to unload my POD in less than an hour!! She is simply AMAZING. If I could rate her, I would rate her #Priceless. If you ever have the opportunity to work with Ann, just know that she goes over and beyond for her clients. She gives you that Personal as well as Professional experience that is truly genuine. Don’t sleep on Ann…or you will miss out on the opportunity of a lifetime.
