I have worked with Ann Gavlick and her team twice. The first time was in 2019 when I bought my first home and again, this summer, when my husband and I decided we wanted more space. Both experiences were seamless and showed what a consummate professional Ann is. Ann, Ron, and Ashley are all very knowledgeable and available to help you every step of the way. As a first time home buyer, the walked me through what to expect from the entire process, from searching to getting through the inspections. When we worked with them as a seller and a buyer, they once again impressed us with their dedication and professionalism. Ann and Ron advised us on making minor improvements to the townhouse to make sure we would be able to sell the house quickly and as close to our listing price as possible. They provided references for cleaning and repair services and brought in a stager to prepare the home for professional listing photos. Each professional they recommended provided excellent and timely work. My husband and I were very impressed with listing and photos and couldn’t believe that was our house!

As a buyer and seller’s agent, Ann always keeps the best interests of her clients in mind. She was able to negotiate two fair contracts on our behalf while working under a tight deadline. The contract we had to buy our home was contingent on us selling the townhome within two weeks to be accepted. The team also handled the simultaneous inspection periods seamlessly that resulted in both sales successfully closing. I cannot recommend Ann and the Gavlick group enough. Ann is very attentive to the needs of her clients and makes every effort to answer any and all questions and concerns as soon she can. If for some reason, she is unable to get back to you directly, Ron and Ashley are able to step in without missing a beat. They work wonderfully as a team, and I believe this contributes to their success. Ashley Talavera was referred to me by a friend that had used her services to purchase his property. We first spoke on the phone and agreed to meet me at my vacant home to evaluate it. I lived out of state so I booked a flight to meet. Upon meeting her we both had many questions for eachother (mostly me). My home needed a lot of work and I was really worried and stressed about getting an agent because they would definitely be earning their money with selling my home. We were basically evaluating each other at this time to see if it was a good fit for both of us. She was extremely polite, professional and was patient with me as I many questions.
She did a market analysis on my home's value and provided feedback to me by the next day. We continued our communication via email and phone almost everyday as I kept raising questions regarding my home. Never once did I feel pressured in signing a contract! She was extremely patient.

Ashley helped me set up contractors to do repairs for me because I lived out of state and had a full-time job so it would have been challenging for me. Mind you we had not yet entered into a contract yet so she was basically working for free with no guarantees of me signing a contract. I know this is not common practice but we were building great rapport with each other. I did finally sign a contract and repairs were completed. We put the house up for sale and I had an offer in about 13 days. There were a couple of counters back and forth thus coming to an agreed price. It actually sold in half the average time of for the Tuscon area.
I feel like Ashley worked very hard for me. I was pleased with the price I got and it was inline with what I expected. I cannot say enough great things about Ashley.
Polite, professional, hard worker, knows real estate. Just a kind, caring individual who loves and works very hard for her clients. It is because of my great experience with Ashley that I am using her services again and looking for an investment property to purchase.

Ann made what could have been a stressful time into a streamlined one. Thanks to Ann, we had found a home closer to our daughter but the builder would not work on contingency, Ann was able to give recommendations how to navigate down a different path and we managed to purchase the house of our dreams.
Throughout our home buying and selling process, Ann Gavlick was incredibly communicative. She promptly answered calls and emails, keeping us informed about every development. Her ability to clearly explain complex contract details was particularly helpful.
We managed to purchase a home and sell our existing home in 2 days. Ann coordinated viewings of the home we were selling through an open house leading to a quick sale that attracted multiple offers above the asking price.

Ann provided support beyond just the transaction. When we were stressed about moving timelines, Ann connected us with reliable moving services as well as move out cleaners.

This is not the first time for us working with Ann and if we decide to move again it won't be the last. We purchased our first home with Ann, sold that home with Ann and purchased our recent home with her.

We also recommended Ann when our daughter was buying her first home and it was an outstanding experience. At a time when houses were hard to come by our daughter was able to purchase a home that was listed just 7 hours on the market thanks to Anns efficiency.

The house we purchased was new construction and despite us thinking everything would be perfect due to everything being new, Ann recommended us hiring our own home inspector and sure enough it was the best thing we did. Multiple errors were found that needed correcting saving us what would have been a headache further down the road.

My husband and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ann. I don't hesitate to recommend Ann, If I am working with a client that is in the business of home buying or selling, Ann is not the first person I recommend, she is the only person I recommend.

I have bought and sold 3 homes with Ann as my agent. She is absolutely the best agent that I have ever used. She is professional and a great negotiator. Using an agent like Ann who has developed relationships with most other agents in Tucson is a real plus. She was patient and conscientious with me to be sure I found the right home. We couldn't have asked for a better agent than Ann Gavlick (and her team) My husband and I were long distance buyers (living in Tampa); and that requires some special attention, often at unusual hours of the day. Ann was with us every step of the way. Most of our home viewings were via Facetime, and Ann was obviously very experienced at knowing which details to focus upon. She was also very helpful with issues in our move, which involved extremely complicated coordination of timing.
Bottom line, Ann earned every bit of her commission. We would not hesitate to recommend her.

We cannot say enough about the assistance Ann and her husband, Ron, provided us in our home search. We contacted Ann over a year out from our move to Tucson. She worked with us that entire time, showing us via her MLS link all the homes that fit our criteria. Not having family in Tucson, Ann became our primary source of information about the city.
