Ann Grinstead

In 2009 Ann joined COG Management, Inc. After four years working as Controller, she decided it was time to follow her passion for real estate and in January of 2014 obtained her real estate license. Since then, she has been a trailblazer in the real estate market using negotiation and professional skills learned as a consultant to build impressive investment portfolios as well as using creative innovation to market properties in a way that exceeds the expectations of her clients. Ann's connections in the Atlanta market promise a great opportunity for her clients. She offers an unprecedented level of service that begins with attentively listening to the needs and desires of her clients. Focusing on data analysis and research allows her to continuously stay in touch with the ever-changing market and taps into my skills as an engineer and business major. Ann was born and raised in Waco, TX and moved to Atlanta in 1994 to attend Georgia Institute of Technology. She graduated with honors in 1998 with a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering and a certificate in Business Management. She is married to her college sweetheart, a fellow Georgia Tech engineer and owner of a Civil Engineering firm in Atlanta. Ann worked for Hewitt Associates/Aon as a Project Manager before pausing her career to raise three beautiful children. Her oldest daughter is a sophomore at The University of Georgia, her son is a freshman in high school and her youngest daughter is in fourth grade. She has lived and served in the Atlanta community through Georgia Tech Alumni Association, Zeta Tau Alpha Alumni, New Georgia Baptist Church, and through supporting numerous charities in the Paulding County area.
