Ann Hance

Ann moved to Manhasset in 1995 and has purchased and renovated five homes in Munsey Park and Flower Hill. She has a sincere passion for all things real estate -- design, renovation and construction and her clients will benefit from her experience. Ann combines an acute business sense with a critical eye for staging and presentation that helps buyers and sellers realize a property's full potential in a dynamic market. She has substantial experience with first-time buyers, international buyers as well as those looking to relocate to the New York area. Ann has been a consistent member of Daniel Gale's Gold Circle of Excellence and has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times as an expert on the Long Island market. Her accolades include being recognized as #1 Producer in her office and being named to Real Trends Top Real Estate Agents in America over the past several years. After graduating Boston University with honors, Ann spent 15 years helping corporations manage their image with investors and the financial media. She counseled high profile CEOs on initial public offerings and mergers and acquisitions. She now brings this high level of confidentiality, client service and focus to her clients on Long Island. Ann has been very involved in leadership positions in her community, having served as President of the Munsey Park Women's Club, on the board of the Manhasset Community Fund and currently as a Girl Scout Leader and teacher of religion at the Church of St. Mary. She and her husband and three children are long-time members of Manhasset Bay Yacht Club, where they spend time on the waterfront, one of the many reasons they have chosen to live on the North Shore.
