Ann knew what I was looking for & could afford & she went from there. So we didn't waste any time looking at places I couldn't afford or that I didn't like. I totally trusted her advice (such as taking a second look at a home I had looked at, which turned out to be the townhouse I bought). I was a property vergin & now thanks to Ann I know the ropes. I will definately go to Ann when I'm ready to purchase a detached single family home because I know she will help me find the perfect home I will love! After living in our last home for almost 30 years, we decided it was finally time to move again. Luckily, we were able to find an excellent real estate agent in Ann Harris. Ann is very personable, professional, and extremely easy to work with. In total, we looked at well over a dozen homes before finally finding the one that was right for us. During all of that time, Ann was very patient with us, in answering our endless questions, allaying any concerns we had, and walking us through the entire process, from initial selection to final escrow closing--and beyond. How satisfied have we been with her performance? Well, when the upgrades to our old home are completed, Ann will be our agent to sell that home. We never even considered going with anyone else!
