Ann Heaney

Ann was born and raised in Garden City, New York. Ann and her husband are lifelong residents of Garden City, where they have raised their four children. They are also active members of the community. Ann been a member of the Garden City SEPTA executive board for the past five years. During her time as SEPTA President, she created the Grant Program which awarded close to $200,000 in funds to Garden City Public Schools.
Ann holds a gift of bringing people together. Her experience as a former special education teacher gives her the ability to truly hear and understand her client's needs. Ann's love of architecture and interior design adds to the mix and help her deliver the perfect home for her clients. Listing or selling homes from Montauk to Manhattan, Ann is ready to assist future clients with all their real estate needs.
