A different perspective .................
The facts are, after 28 years in this business I've learned I'm not everyone's cup of tea. It's often said that I'm blunt and to the point. To me and to those that choose to work with me - it's really more about the fact that it's not my money. It's yours and I'm not desperate enough to push you in to buying something that either doesn't work for you or isn't necessarily a good purchase. I'd rather you know what obstacles you're going to be facing should you choose to move forward with a property and whether or not it's going to fit your particular financing program. That's right - I know what works and what doesn't. We're not going to get to the appraisal and find out the property doesn't comply with your lending guidelines! I'm informed, confident and compassionate. I'm honest and fair to a fault. If you like facts and not smoke and mirrors, I'm your person.

On the volunteer side of things I've kind of been there done most of it. My time now is spent with a host of smaller non-profit endeavors and building this business. I support the grieving children that attend Camp Koala - http://www.campkoala.org/, Susquehanna Council, Boy Scouts of America and those that we consider Heroes in our midst. I give back to active and retired military, first responders, police, teachers and medical professionals through Heroes Home Advantage.
