Ann and her business partner, Tracy Padgett, value relationships over transactions while empowering their clients with the knowledge to make the best decisions when buying or selling a home. Ann and Tracy have been real estate agents for 12 years and have been with Better Homes and Gardens Kansas City Homes for the entire 12 years. They work very well together complimenting each other's strengths and talents. With Tracy, at least one of us is typically available for showings, so as a team they can meet your time constraints.

Ann has lived in Kansas City her entire life, except 2 years when she lived overseas in Saudi Arabia. She and her husband have been married 38 years and have 3 adult children. Ann goes out of her way to look at all the possibilities and find creative solutions. She is patient, loves to research, and willing to go the extra mile. She is tech savvy, quick to respond to your questions, and persistent in finding the answers.
Ann has worked with people who have purchased their first home and people who have purchased several homes. Some have found their home quickly; others have taken a couple of years. She has worked all around the Kansas City Metro Area in all kinds of neighborhoods. She makes the home purchase about our clients, their lifestyle, and their desires in a home.

Ann is a licensed Sales Associate at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Kansas City Homes working out of the Overland Park office. She is licensed in Kansas and Missouri.
