Ann James

Born and raised in Louisville, Ann absolutely loves introducing clients to the unique offerings of our neighborhoods. Whether her client is an experienced investor, an out-of-towner, or a first-time home buyer, her clients know that she is dedicated to their comfort and satisfaction.

Ann James attended Louisville Collegiate (k-8) and then Ballard High School. She then studied Arts Administration at the University of Kentucky and graduated from the University of Louisville with a degree in Studio Art with a concentration in Mixed Media (which basically means that instead of limiting herself to just one medium, she chose to study and learn them all.) She still creates artwork in her Crescent Hill home.

Ann considers herself to be a creative problem-solver and loves finding the answers to her clients' property questions. Every real estate transaction is different, with many moving parts and pieces. It's important to have someone like Ann James, who can juggle the ever-changing details while maintaining the bigger picture.

With 20+ years of sales experience and a lifetime of creative insights, Ann is dedicated to superior service and prides herself on her commitment to excellence. Licensed in 2006, Ann has helped her clients through every type of market environment and is committed to doing what it takes to make her client's vision a reality. Ann earned her CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) designation in 2022, and in addition to working with individuals and families, she brings her personalized service to corporate relocation clients. The CRP designation, earned by less than 1% of Real Estate professionals worldwide, signifies Ann's elite status and broad knowledge of the unique intricacies of the relocation process. As the Relocation Director for Kentucky Select Properties, she guides our agents toward excellence with our corporate relocation clients.
