Ann King, GRI, CIPS, is President of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty, the most dynamic and respected real estate firm in Northeast Florida.
King manages the Northeast Florida brokerage operation which includes nine offices and a team of 500 real estate professionals. She oversees the company’s residential and commercial real estate business, title, mortgage, property management, and insurance divisions, new builder business and the company’s community philanthropy and charitable initiatives.
Known for her leadership, integrity and expertise, King goes above and beyond to provide the highest standard of customer service and efficiency. She has a clear understanding of innovative technologies and works closely with her team, providing them with the tools, technology, training and support needed to accomplish their goals.
Prior to her current appointment in 2021, King served as Vice President of Brokerage since 2018. A licensed Realtor since 2001, King joined the company in 2007 and quickly became a top producing Realtor specializing in luxury homes in the St. Augustine and beaches area. She was appointed Broker/Manager of the St. Augustine office in 2009.
Before joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty, King spent nearly a decade working in retail management. Her experiences provided the foundation for her commitment to exceptional customer service, outstanding negotiation and marketing skills, and dedication to community and charitable initiatives.
King’s leadership extends to numerous organizations. In 2023, she was recognized as a Women of Influence honoree by the Jacksonville Business Journal. She is sought-after for her strategic vision and expertise, and has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, RISMedia, Florida Trend and Florida Realtor, among others.
King has a bachelor’s degree from Flagler College. She is a former member of the Flagler College Alumni Board and a founding board member of Flagler College’s signature fundraising event, Power of the Purse, to raise money for scholarships.
