About Ann

Ann has been self-employed in the Sanford/Springvale area since she finished School. She has been in Real Estate since 1994 and has always had the desire to own her own real estate company. She has been involved in the community through Kiwanis, Sanford/Springvale Chamber of Commerce (Member and Chairperson for 4 years), Sanford High School Key Club advisor, and other activities.

She and her husband Jim have made their home in Sanford for 37 years. They have a son, who lives in San Francisco, California, and a daughter, who now works for the business. They also have one Maine coon cat (Ziggy), a Ragdoll cat (Penny), and a rescue dog (Chihuahua/Poodle mix) named Jesse.

Ann is a Boston Red Sox and Patriots fan. Cooking and working in her flower gardens are just a couple of Ann’s favorite things to do. Ann believes that buying or selling a home is the biggest financial transaction that will likely take place in a person’s life but can also be very emotional. She understands the needs of her clients and treats them as if they were her only clients.
