To be blunt, Ann an incredibly competent and connected realtor! I struggled to sell my downtown Birmingham condo for over a year… until I hired Ann. She sold it so fast that my only regret is that I didn’t hire her the first time. She navigated complex HOA clauses, difficult building management, and a variety of interested parties. I would not be foolish enough to hire anyone but Ann if/when I return to Birmingham, or suggest anyone else if anyone asked for a recommendation. I highly recommend Ann if you want a realtor who will work passionately and ceaselessly on your behalf!

There are not enough good things to say about Ann. She guided us through the selling and buying processes and helped us keep our eyes on the goal when things got shaky. Her professionalism is unmatched, and you can tell that she truly cares for her clients. We love our new home, but should we ever move again, Ann will absolutely be our first call. I have no reservations recommending her to anyone. Everyone needs Ann in their corner during the home buying and selling processes.

Ann was recommended to me by a dear friend of mine but a testimonial by ‘Elizabeth’ online really grabbed my attention since she said that Ann made her house sale ‘hassle free’. This stood out to me since I was trying to sell my house while I was out of town and extremely busy.
The first thing that makes a great realtor is the knowledge of the area and process and Ann has both in great measure. This made me have to do very little research or leg work.
Her knowledge in prices and updates for the house really made the entire process amazingly hassle free. She set up all the inspection and repair appointments and even stayed at the house to get everything done.
She is easily accessible at all times and she follows through on things even before you think about them.
I cannot say enough about Ann, except that she brought immense relief to me during a time that would have otherwise been extremely stressful.

Ann was absolutely amazing when we were looking for our house. She presented us with a ton of options that all had parts of what we were looking for, and we chose a house that was a new construction. Due to pandemic and supply shortages, the construction took 16 months, but she was an advocate for us through the entire process. She was always on top of getting information from the builder and gave us general timelines so we knew what to expect at each stage during the build. We could contact her basically any time and she responded immediately, and she was always understanding about what we wanted. She is an absolutely wonderful realtor and person. Anyone choosing to work with her is making the best decision possible.
