Ann Marie Strickmaker

A Nashville native, raised in West Meade, Ann became acquainted with the real estate world at a very young age. Her father was in construction, and mom a realtor. Interested in moms’ career, she began going to tour houses with her and looking through her MLS books. Her first active role in real estate was the purchase of my first house. Ann genuinely enjoys the process of house hunting and working with a realtor; she knew a career in this industry fit her personality.

In 2008, a move to Nashville made the transition into real estate a breeze. Ann teamed up with her mother, Evelyn Rodgers at Fridrich & Clark where they work seamlessly together. With her mother’s experience, and my new-found energy (getting babies out of diapers and off to school) she has learned the ins and outs of the business. Together, they keep their client’s best interest in mind and offer sound reasonable advice. Key to this is they really listen and understand their needs and wants, like they are their own family. They have fun working for their clients and see each experience as a new mission.
