I’ve spent more than 20 years living and working in the Hattiesburg and Petal communities, which means I know the area, the people, and the resources you’ll need along the way. That local knowledge—and the relationships that come with it—helps me guide my clients through every step of the process.

I’m a Buyer Representation Specialist, Pricing Strategy Advisor, and Real Estate Negotiation Expert, and I hold a Mississippi Broker’s License. In short, I take this work seriously and stay educated so my clients stay protected and well-positioned.
I’ve also been recognized with RE/MAX production awards every year since 2015 and consistently rank in the top 10% of agents in Hattiesburg. My buyers and sellers typically outperform MLS averages when it comes to pricing and days on market—and I’m always happy to show the numbers behind that.

Before real estate, I earned my degree from the University of Southern Mississippi and worked in public education, which shaped how I communicate and advocate for my clients. I’m also actively involved in the community through Main Street UMC, the Hattiesburg Area Association of Realtors, and other local organizations.
