Ann Milligan

Ann is able to draw on nearly twenty years of management experience in marketing and advertising to assist sellers in effectively marketing their homes. In addition, Ann's experience leading award-winning customer service centers has taught her the importance of active listening to understand what clients truly want.

Ann has an undergraduate degree in foreign languages from the University of Wisconsin, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Marquette University. She lives on Lake Murray in Lexington with her husband Scott and their two children.

Ann serves on the Board of the Palmetto Health Foundation and on the advisory board for the USC School of Retail and Hospitality. She and her family are members of Saxe Gotha Presbyterian Church in Lexington.
