Ann Mullikin

You could say I grew up in the real estate and building business. My father was a farmer, contractor and local building supplier and my mother was a teaching real estate broker. I grew up in Southside Virginia and have lived and worked in the greater Richmond area all my life. I sold building materials for over 20 years and am familiar with most of the areas from Prince George to Caroline, New Kent to Goochland north of the River and Sussex to Powhatan south of the River. I purchased my first renovation property in 2002 and became a contractor in 2007.

In 2011 I decided get my Realtor license and a second career was born. Allow me to use my experience to help you find your new home or to find that "diamond in the rough" and "see" the possibilities.

I have been around real estate transactions since I was young. I do not think they should have to be shrouded in secrecy or confusing. I want my clients to feel empowered to each step along the way with the information understandable to them.
