Ann Nye

Ann is a seasoned realtor, with over 20 years of experience, who specializes in the Central Austin market. Originally from Houston and a UT graduate, Ann spent several years in a small Wisconsin town before returning to Austin in 2010. By focusing her efforts in central Austin, she is better able to inform her clients regarding the unique qualities of individual neighborhoods and what to expect regarding pricing whether buying or selling. Ann has helped her clients over the years through various economic times and feels strongly that a house is a home but also an investment. In her free time, Ann enjoys small and large projects from installing shelves in her Barton Hills home or a full house remodel.
