About Ann

Raised in a family always on the move, you could say that Ann grew up in Real Estate. Her father’s job required the family to move more than 7 times in 17 years. You could say that this made she and her family moving experts. She helped her mom with each move so she learned how and why her parents selected or built each home. Their final move to Boca Raton showed Ann that Florida was the place for her. Later, Ann was offered a great job opportunity in Jacksonville, so she packed up, moved and never looked back. Two years later taking a cue from her parents Ann decided to build so she could customize her first home. Ann worked in pharmaceutical sales but realized something was missing. She kept going back to her love of real estate. So despite a bad market and bad economy, she decided real estate was the right path. In 2008 Ann got her real estate license. She started her venture with the family property development business. She then expanded her experience by entering general real estate and working with customers doing resale, new construction, short sale and foreclosure transactions. Ann is especially proud of her Military Relocation and Short Sale, Foreclosures Certifications. Ann makes it her priority to match her customers to their dream house that will become their home. She does her homework. She listens. She works tirelessly to protect her client’s interests. Her customers are her top priority. Ann serves areas throughout Jacksonville, the Beaches, St. John’s County (including Ponte Vedra Beach, Nocatee and St. Augustine), Clay and Nassau Counties.
