If it wasn't for Ann, we would not be enjoying our beautiful home on Capitol Hill. She was so savy and pro-active in making the purchase complete. She was also such a joy to work with, listening to all my worries and concerns, responding to all of my many calls to her, etc. She was so willing to schedule me in to visit houses, and was completely on top of the market, alerting me to new houses for sale. As everyone knows, this was so important with how cut throat the real estate market is on the hill. She really was so exceptional - she gets my full recommendation!!!
