Working with Ann was easy and pleasant. She took a genuine interest in our particular search for a new home, and could not have been more accommodating. Would definitely recommend her, and will be contacting her when we are ready to sell our other house.

Ann was a pleasure to work with. She was always willing to make the time to show me the homes I was interested in, regardless of how far they were. She had patience in explaining the process to me as a first time home buyer and was willing to help me find lenders, Homeowners insurance and an inspectors when I wasn't sure where to look. I would have to say besides the excellent client care, my favorite thing about working with Ann was that she wasn't afraid to tell me if something might have a negative outcome, even if my heart was set on it. ex. a well / septic unit that was very aged and had previous problems. I would have been in alot of trouble financially if Ann had not spoke up and advised me of the possibilities. I have recommended Ann to many of my friends, family and colleagues, and she has come through every single time.
